• 09:00 to 17:00 - 7 days per week
• 8 hour response

Gold

• 24 hours per day - 5 days per week
• 4 hour response

Platinum

• 24 hours per day - 7 days per week
• 4 hour response

Onsite visits charged at standard daily rate
